Office floor building project in the Herzliya Hills complex, northern wing.
The project included about 7 typical floors, a main entrance lobby floor, roof systems, and parking lots in accordance with the requirements.
The construction pattern on the office floors included: Exposed ceiling with visible systems in the aisles and main corridors that create a feeling of touring gas rigs,
about 5 different types of ceilings with recessed and hidden lighting, different types of flooring for different units in the office such as parquet for rooms, Carpets in special production and printing for conference rooms and training rooms,
Epoxy terrazzo in different shades according to the specific floor shade,
porcelain granite tiles for the main kitchen and islands spread out in the common spaces.
The multiplicity of carpentry items that complement the company's design adheres to a high standard with Emphasis on the small details.
The project is innovative in nature with extensive use of recycled raw materials from the company's many worksites,
partitions between rooms with the highest level of acoustic absorption,
decorative-wall sponge tiles for use in the room and improved acoustics that was the ultimate goal in construction planning,
branding and graphics for the company's intensification and work routine both in the rigs and at the various work sites.
The project included a number of balconies, 8 communication rooms, a 24/7 security room, UPS rooms, a cooking kitchen, bicycle cages, car charging stations, a compactus room, and more.
As an integral part of the design of the project, recycled items were taken from the construction of the rigs and assimilated into the floors.
