The challenge

The project was designed with an industrial look, including exposed metal elements, walls covered in red bricks, exposed pipes and conduits in the high concrete ceilings. The combination of rooms as transparent spaces with upper steel beams gives a sense of spaciousness. Acoustic cladding with Master B acoustic panels in the staircases and ceilings in combination with lighting fixtures and color systems. The public spaces and staircases have a concrete floor divided by massive steel profiles along the length of the staircase to give the appearance of a driving path. The meeting rooms used by executives and employees have a wooden fishbone parquet floor. All kitchens are made of stainless steel. There are unique and exceptional carpentry items. The impressive and unique architecture is credited to architect Dana Avriel from Avriel Architects. The head contractor is A. Weiss.
